Anti-rust oil standard for 1060 aluminum plate

The commonly used antirust oils for aluminum alloy sheets include FA101, 7005, etc. The quality of 1060 aluminum sheet antirust oils should meet the SH/T0692 standard.

1. Adjust the viscosity of the anti-rust oil appropriately according to the product characteristics and temperature, and the moisture content is not more than 0.03%. The main requirements for aluminum alloy anti-rust oil are that the moisture and impurities contained in it should meet the relevant standards; the acid and alkalinity of the oil should be appropriate, and there should be no corrosion on the surface of the plate;

2. Its chemical properties are stable, and it will not deteriorate or fail during long-term storage;

3. When the 1060 aluminum plate grease volatilizes, it does not produce gas that is harmful to the human body or the environment.

Matters needing attention in the oiling process of 1060 aluminum plate

1. During use, samples should be taken from the oil tank every day to analyze the water content of the oil, and the oil in the oil tank should be sampled for a comprehensive analysis on a regular basis. When it is found that the impurities, acidity, alkalinity and water content do not meet the technical standards and operating regulations, they should be replaced in time to ensure the quality and anti-corrosion effect of the oil.

2. When the amount of water in the oil exceeds the specified amount, the oil can be heated to 110~120℃ and then sampled and analyzed to prove that the water in the oil has completely evaporated before use. In the modern 1060 aluminum plate processing plant, the oiling of the plate is carried out on a special two-roller oiling machine.

3. The oil layer on both sides of the 1060 aluminum plate should be fully coated, and the oil film should be uniform, not too thick or too thin. When it is found that some parts of the plate are not coated with oil, the gap between the oiling rollers should be adjusted or the rollers should be changed in time.
