Classification of 6A02 aluminum plate products

1. The first combination of gold has balanced magnesium and silicon content, the total mass fraction of magnesium and silicon does not exceed 1.5%, and the general mass fraction of Mg2Si is 0.8%~1.2%, typically 6063 aluminum alloy, and its solution treatment temperature is high. , The quenching sensitivity is low, the extrusion performance is good, it can be directly air-quenched after extrusion, the corrosion resistance is high, and the anodizing treatment effect is good.
2. The total amount of magnesium and silicon in the second combination of gold is relatively high, and the w(Mg2Si) is about 1.4%. The magnesium-silicon ratio (mass fraction) is also a balanced composition of 1.73:1. The combination gold adds an appropriate amount of copper to improve the strength, and at the same time adds an appropriate amount of chromium to offset the adverse effect of copper on corrosion resistance. Typical is 6061 aluminum alloy, its tensile strength is about 70MPa higher than 6063 aluminum alloy, but the quenching sensitivity is higher than that of 6063 aluminum alloy. High, can not achieve wind quenching.
3. The total mass fraction of magnesium and silicon in the third combination of gold is 1.5%, but there is excess silicon, whose function is to refine Mg2Si particles, and at the same time, silicon also has a strengthening effect after precipitation. But silicon is easy to segregate at grain boundaries, which will cause alloy embrittlement and reduce plasticity. Adding chromium (such as 6151 aluminum alloy) or manganese (such as 6351 aluminum alloy) can help reduce the adverse effects of excess silicon.
