6A02 aluminum plate is a widely used forged aluminum with medium strength (lower than other forged aluminum). It has poor plasticity and machinability in annealing state. It has good plasticity and machinability after quenching and natural aging. Its corrosion resistance is as good as 2A21 and 2A02. It has intergranular corrosion tendency after artificial aging. When the copper content of 6A02 aluminum plate is less than 0.1%, it has high corrosion resistance. 6A02 aluminum plate is easy for spot welding and hydrogen atom welding, and gas welding is good. High plasticity in hot state, easy to forge and press.

1. First flush the surface of 6A02 aluminum plate with a large amount of clean water;

2. Gently wipe 6A02 aluminum plate with a soft cloth soaked with detergent diluted with water;

3. Rinse 6A02 aluminum plate with plenty of water to wash away the dirt;

4. Check 6A02 aluminum plate, and focus on cleaning with detergent where it is not cleaned;

5. Rinse 6A02 aluminum plate with clean water until all the detergent is washed away.

Note: do not clean the hot 6A02 aluminum plate (when the temperature exceeds 40 ° C), because the rapid volatilization of water is harmful to the baking paint on the board surface.

In particular, please choose the appropriate detergent. A basic principle is: be sure to choose neutral detergent! Please do not use strong alkaline detergents such as potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide or sodium carbonate, strong acidic detergents, abrasive detergents and paint baking soluble detergents.
