How to use aluminum alloy plate:

(1) Slotting: When slotting with a slotting machine or a gong machine, a milling cutter with a half-round head greater than 90° should be used. Do not cut the aluminum plate too deeply, nor make it too shallow to make the edge folding difficult. The 0.2-0.3MM thick plastic core material and the aluminum plate should be bent together to increase the strength and toughness, otherwise the aluminum plate may break during the bending. Or the paint film bursts.

(2) Arc processing: The arc should be processed with special bending equipment, slowly and hard, so that the plate can gradually reach the required curved surface, and do not bend it at one time.

(3) Installation direction: When installing the same color aluminum plate on the same plane, the process direction should be the same, otherwise, visual chromatic aberration may be caused.

(4) Conditions of use: The interior wall panels should be used indoors and should not be installed outdoors to ensure the use effect and service life.

(5) Tear film: The protective film should be removed within 45 days after the aluminum plate is installed, otherwise it may be difficult to tear the film or remove the glue.

(6) Batches: different batches of plates of the same model may have color difference. When selling and using different batches of plates, the color difference comparison procedure should be added. Our company mainly deals in alloy aluminum plates, aluminum checkered plates, etc., when there is no visual color difference. It can be used on the same plane.

(7) Handling: When handling the board, the four sides of the board should be lifted at the same time. Pushing, pulling, and extraction are strictly prohibited to avoid scratching the board surface.

(8) Storage: The alloy sheet should be stored in a dry and ventilated place, and placed flat on a flat surface, and do not step on or hit it.
