At present, 1050 aluminum plate are widely used in product processing and manufacturing industries. During the manufacturing process of aluminum plate products, due to the influence of external force or welding stress, there is usually a certain degree of deformation, and these deformations are usually corrected to meet the quality requirements of the product. Practice has proved that most deformed parts can be corrected. The principle of correction is to try to create new deformations to offset the deformations that have already occurred. The calibration methods widely used in the actual production process mainly include mechanical calibration, manual calibration and flame calibration. Therefore, the optimal correction method should be reasonably selected according to the different structure and deformation degree of the product, so as to obtain the best correction effect.
(1) The deformation of raw materials during processing is caused by the residual stress of raw materials during extrusion production. If the cooling speed is inconsistent during the extrusion process, the debugging of the extrusion equipment is abnormal.

(3) The nature of the deformation of 1050 aluminum plate components No matter what kind of deformation occurs in the components, the main reason is that there are different degrees and forms of residual stress in the components, which makes a part of the fiber elongate and bear the surrounding compressive stress, while the other part of the fiber shortens And bear the surrounding tensile stress, thereby causing the deformation of the metal material.
